- 기기를 바꾸면 진행 상황이 이어지나요? iOS 에서는 설정의 "iCloud 백업"이 켜져 있으면 같은 Apple 계정의 새 기기에서 이어집니다.
- 구매한 상품이 사라졌어요. 상점 탭 아래의 "구매 복원"을 누르면 광고 제거 패스·스타터 팩 같은 영구 상품이 되살아납니다. 젬·골드는 구매 즉시 지급되는 소모성 상품이라 복원되지 않습니다.
- 소리가 나지 않아요. 기기의 무음 스위치와 설정 화면의 효과음·배경음악 크기를 확인해 주세요.
- 뽑기 확률은 어디서 보나요? 유물 탭의 유물 상자·펫 알에 등급별 확률이 항상 표시됩니다.

- Moving to a new device: on iOS, keep "iCloud 백업" (iCloud backup) on in Settings to continue on another device with the same Apple ID.
- Missing purchases: tap "구매 복원" (Restore Purchases) at the bottom of the Shop tab. Gems and gold are consumables and are not restored.
- Drop rates: always shown on the relic chest and pet egg in the Relic tab.
